The circuits are colour-coded according to difficulty from yellow (easy) to black (very difficult).
The most difficult and exciting run is the Ortigara. Ski around here and you'll be lost for words.
The old Italian saying "See Naples and die" could equally apply to the breath-taking of this circuit.
The easiest and shortest circuit (5 Km.) is the Campomulo, especially designed for beginners.
The Moline circuit, coded red, is suitable for all level. Advanced skiers will be spoilt for choice, from the yellow Valsugana and Fossetta circuits through to the black Marcesina circuits and its associated variants, Pozze and Porta Molina.

The ultimate in cross-country skiing!

And where state-of-the-art snow maintenance machines keep the runs oper and in tip-top condition in all weathers (even when snow is falling). Both traditional and free-style/skating techniques can be used. The circuits themselves do not present any particular danger but in the event of broken equipment or accident, snowmobiles and snowambulances are on call.
The centre fully conforms to all legal requirements and is open from November-May. Tickets area available on entry.
It is worthremembering that the circuits owe their origin to the efforts of both Italian and Austro-Hungarian soldiers, the famous alpini, who built an astonishing network of roads and mule-tracks on the Northern level during World War One. With the right preparation in qinter, they are transformed into the mos amazing cross-country ski-runs.
The whole network in fact covers a vast area with over 150 Km. of trails, served by five mountain refuges, so making it one of the largest and best run centres not just in Italy but in all Europe. This is the ultimate experience for anyone seeking adventure in the winter snow with circuits to suit all levels and requirements.

This is only an indication and partly depends on varying elements, such as the condition and quality of the snow.

Green. Mainly flat with just a few slopes. Does not require any special downhill techniques.

Red. Steeper slopes with a wide margin for manoeuvre for skiers. The snowplough technique is required for downhill slopes.

Yellow. Circuit with considerable differences in height, long climbs and several (herring-bone) sections. A good grasp of downhill skiing is needed due to the humps and tight bends.

Black. Very demanding circuit, long and steep descents. Excellent skiing skills required.
