CENTRO
FONDO GALLIO was one of the first cross-country skiing centres opened
in Italy. It is situated in the Venitian Pre-Alps, on the Plateau
of Asiago, at 1500-2000 metres above the sea level.
It is nationally and internationally famous for the unusual beauty
of its "Nordic-like" landscape where wind more than 150
Km. of tracks always perfectly kept.
Exciting views, vast forests of firs and larches and Alpine refuges
to be reachedcross-country skiing in the sun are the characteristics
of this important cross-country skiing centre.
Thanks to 150 Km. of tracks, Alpine refuges and
chalets "Centro Fondo Gallio" in one of the biggest and
better organised cross-country skiing centres in Italy and Europe.
It is the best choice to plunge into the adventure of the great
white winter.
